At Highbridge we are developers of commercial property with a blend of financial and property skills.
We have primarily focused on out of town office parks (B1), industrial, warehousing and distribution schemes (B2/B8) and more recently, data centres. Formed in 1988 we have to date developed over 12 million sq. ft of new commercial space working collaboratively with corporate occupiers and major landowners to deliver value engineered, high quality solutions.
